I’m not one to constantly say ”I love you” 24/7 in a relationship. If we’re in a relationship, that should show that I love you. I know it sounds a bit mean, but listen. A little ”I love you” here and there is fine, but not all the bloody time. I’ll get tired of hearing it. If you say ”I love you” less in a relationship, it would be more special & meaningful when you do say it. Rather than saying it 24/7. Some girls love to get told ”I love you” all the time by their boyfriends. I mean doesn’t it get tedious? Because it does to me, Everyone is different I guess.

When I am older, I don’t want to rely on my husband to pay bills, buy me things etc. Me and him both will be the ”breadwinners” of the family. This isn’t the 1900s. I will have that career I have always dreamed of, and if I don’t get it - I will get damn close to it. My drive for success is too strong for people to get in my way and pull me down. My eyes are set on my goal and I intend to reach it, and when I do reach it, it’s time for a new goal.
2011 has had it’s ups and downs, but overall for me it was a good year. Moved to Canada which is something I’ve always wanted to do, Go to a good university and play for a varsity team, got to travel to four countries I have never been to before, went to my first ever NHL game etc. One of the saddest things is, my mum not being able to see us go into a new year, watch me turn 20 in two months time, see one of her daughters get married in May, watch me graduate in a few years, watch her grandchildren start school, see all of her children become the successful people she wanted us to be. She was my best friend, My sports coach, My inspiration, My motivation.. My mother ♥
